The character of a human being is not designed with their birth itself. The character of the human beings is thus molded by the surroundings and the atmosphere in which he dwells. Thus a healthy human will always have a healthy environment to support him all the life through if he continuously maintains the same. Thus it might not be a wonder if in the present era a child cannot sleep without an I-pod. The technologies are advancing on a much faster pace and so the world. We can’t have a clear cut imagination for our future generation as a whole. With all these advancements occurring side by side, is also affecting the nature of the human beings to a large extent.
Gradually the world is tending towards being a niche full of artificiality. Trees are cut down to build up industries and the so called large and elite corporate offices of the MNCs. The aftermath in the form of pollution, health hazards, soil erosions are the least concerned factors for human beings. Thus it will be better to say that the developments have made man blind towards his social and ecological responsibilities. Today the houses are decorated with artificial plants most probably made of the non-degradable plastic which has then become a burden and a curse for the whole planet as such. But can the artificial plants absorb the redundant carbon dioxide and emit the oxygen. The answer will be negative in all respects and if man is aware of such facts then why he is after artificiality and hesitates to be natural is further debatable.
Being natural is an art, both literally and philosophically, as it is concerned with both the human nature and the outside nature of which everyone is a part. This policy has been successfully implemented by the builders of Washington DC through the green homes. For the implementation of a Green Home Washington DC was all set, as it was a boon for the city that the population collectively realized the importance of being natural in all respects. The green homes thus built also backs up the human nature as well, by setting a natural atmosphere to think and breathe freely. Being with the nature and being natural are two different ideologies. But the amalgamation of the two will help to maintain a good health for human beings and also to preserve nature as a whole.
